I have experienced just how impressive Kwasi is and how quickly he is able to empathise with his clients situation and challenges. I originally contacted Kwasi to help with a management buy-out process and needed help to develop a business plan and create a pitch deck that would be needed to present to key stakeholders. The negotiations had been ongoing for many months but within our first hour together Kwasi was able to understand the project implicitly as well as the problems that needed to be defined and very quickly create ideas for how to tackle them. "As the lead coach across all the Digital hubs and the executive team, Kwasi's focus spanned across multiple facets of the transformation journey. Kwasi started with the Central hub which was the heart of the transformation where large organisational challenges in the way of business agility were being tackled such as funding, the way we procure, maturity model etc. He then started to engage the other hubs to support their adoption as Kwasi's understanding of organisational design and organisational agility was more experienced than most of the coaches available at the time. Through these engagements, he created a coaches community with the focus of aligning on approach, supporting, coaching and mentoring those that were struggling with aspects of their hub and teams. Very often, Kwasi will be asked to help co-create and facilitate workshops that spanned across hub leaderships and also across other departments in the organisation. His facilitation skills is one of inclusiveness and getting all to participate and share their thoughts. Kwasi has a strong appreciation of Diverge-Converge approaches in his facilitation and a variety of large room facilitation techniques which makes big room facilitations very productive. As part of Kwasi's engagement, he offered coaching to the digital leaders team during our meetings as the coach in the room to help draw our attention to some of the behaviours and impacts on some of the decisions being made about the transformation. He then had 1 on 1 coaching sessions with some of the leadership team members who needed some support on some aspects of their areas. The way in which Kwasi supported me and the team by demonstrating through role modelling his personal integrity and honesty in conversations across all levels, being sensitive in the context of people with a low level of knowledge or practical experience. Using the appropriate language and maintaining confidentiality and acted as a sounding board to the team for problems.
